We also supply vegetable flakes and powder in this form. Please see the Vegetable section.
Our drum dried fruits include:
Apple, Apricot, Avocado, Banana, Blueberry, Carrot, Cherry, Grape, Lemon, Mango, Olives, Peach, Pear, Plum, Pumpkin, Orange, Raspberry and Strawberry.

Freeze-dried fruits are very light and are easy to transport. They rehydrate almost instantly, so are often used in breakfast foods and cereal bars. Backpackers and hikers rely on freeze-dried fruits for a quick energy boost.
They are easy to eat, and freeze drying makes them smaller than their whole form. Another benefit of freeze-dried fruits is that they last for a long period without going stale.
We have several suppliers, and can offer the following, in several sizes, including powders:
Banana, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Cranberry, Jackfruit, Kiwi, Lemon, Mango, Papaya, Peach, Pineapple, Rambutan, Raspberry, and Strawberry.
